Is it me..,

Or do black people not know how to support each other?

Black people always ask the question why is it so hard to make it? Well simply answered.. Because of our own selves. Us black people have a hard time supporting something that’s not already a big thing.

For a young black person to make it in the world of entertainment we have to make a million YouTube videos, throw thousands of events, spam your facebook account and kill your twitter time line just so you can recognize us. And even then you still might not pay us any attention.

Now I don’t know if it’s because some people just create garbage and post it online and now everyone is on defense on what they support, but for the most part its so many young talented black people trying to expose you to there talent and getting stiff armed because of the way us African Americans take in new things.

To tell the truth most of us wouldn’t download something even if its free. I guess that’s why so many black artist put out so much free music.

On the other hand white people get so much support from each other. Last night I worked a Dave Matthew’s Band concert, and you wouldn’t believe the energy and support that was coming from the crowd. Some people couldn’t get in and they were in the parking lot singing the songs and getting hype. Look how big the Justin Beibers, Jonas Brothers, and Miley Ciruses, all are. Even black artist like Flo Rida who went pop are getting more buzz because the way white people embraced them.

So blacks, African Americans, Negros.. DO BETTER!

But Hey, Maybe It’s Just Me,
“Since most of are fans are black, Yall Probably aint gone read this..lol”
